Barbara H. Fagan, 84, of Ephrata, and formerly of Long Island, N.Y., passed away Friday, Nov. 8, 2013 at Ephrata Community Hospital.
She was a daughter of the late George and Loretta (DeMontigny) Farrell and wife of the late Robert F. Fagan, who passed away in 1993.
Barbara was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church in Ephrata and was a homemaker.
She was a loving and generous person who lived for her family and had a caring compassion for animals.
Barbara is survived by three children: Deborah A. Padron of Ephrata; Barbara J., wife of Chris Frese of Denver and Robert G. Fagan, husband of Kathleen, of Ephrata; six grandchildren: Matthew F. Padron, husband of Rebekah, of Gaithersburg, Md.; Christopher P. Frese of Denver; Jennifer, wife of Stephen Tucker of Mt. Laurel, N.J.; Brandon R. Frese of Hoboken, N.J.; Olivia Fagan of Ephrata and Meredith Fagan of Ephrata and her longtime companion, Warren J. Nelson of Ephrata.
She will also be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews and sister-in-law, Mary, wife of Armin Freifeld of California.
In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara was preceded in death by her sister: Stella Hall and son-in-law: Fernando J. Padron.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Mother of Perpetual Help, Ephrata, Nov. 12 with the Rev. Father John McLoughlin C.Ss.R. officiating. Final Commendation and Farewell will follow at Memory Gardens, E. Cocalico Twp.
